would not hesitate to return there
We had a spacious deluxe double room with a cozy seating area and beautifully decorated antique furnishings. The modern bathroom featured a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries. The breakfast was made to order with a great variety, including full Irish and sweet options. Plus, the service was excellent, making us feel really welcome.

We loved our stay, especially the beautiful views from our balcony and the friendly advice from the staff about local activities. They helped us plan our day's adventures, which made exploring Killarney with my elderly parents so much easier and enjoyable.
My kids wished for more activities for families, especially at night.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had all the right features for anyone needing extra support, which really impressed me. I loved relaxing in the sun terrace and the cozy garden area after a long day of exploring. The slow elevator was a bit of a nuisance, but it didn’t take away from the great vibes overall! 😊

I absolutely adored the vintage decor throughout the hotel. it created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every corner held a charming antique, and the larger sitting areas were perfect for relaxing with friends. Accessibility was great for us seniors.
An on-site dining option would be great.

stunning stay but could improve minor details
The four poster bed offered impressive comfort during our stay, making sleep truly delightful. The jacuzzi tub was a lovely touch that added a sense of luxury, allowing for complete relaxation after a long day. The lovely mountain view helped create a peaceful ambiance that was greatly appreciated.
The check-in process could be a bit more organized as it felt slightly rushed.
